To prepare your quote, deliver your agreement and cancellation notice, schedule and perform the work, process payment, register your manufacturer warranty with Armovex, and follow up about your quote. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the above work (payment processing, hosting, communications) and when the law requires.
If you give us your phone number and ask us to call or text your quote, you consent to receive calls and texts from Holdfast about your quote and your project at that number. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your number with other companies for their marketing.
We keep quote and agreement records as long as needed for the work, warranty support, and our legal obligations. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep — use the contact below and we will respond within 30 days.
