Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Contact and property details you give us — name, phone, email, property address, and home details (square footage, stories, roof age) used to build your quote.
- Campaign source — campaign tags supplied in a link and the public entry page. We keep these tags in this tab’s session storage and save them with your request to understand which campaign brought you here. We do not use advertising pixels or save contact details in that session storage.
- Roof estimates — when automated roof sizing is available and requested, we share the property address with EagleView to obtain an imagery-based roof estimate. We use that estimate to prepare the proposal and confirm the final area at inspection.
- Signature records — when you sign an agreement electronically we record your typed name, the date and time, your IP address, browser information, and a fingerprint of the document you signed. That record is what makes your signature verifiable, for your protection and ours.
- Payment — card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we never see or store it. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
- Financing — if you open a lender prequalification link, that lender collects credit information on their own site. Holdfast stores only the lender name, application status, amount and an external reference id. We do not collect or store Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income or credit data.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie is a login session for our own sales representatives. If we later add advertising measurement, this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
To prepare your quote, deliver your agreement and cancellation notice, schedule and perform the work, process payment, register your manufacturer warranty with Armovex, and follow up about your quote. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the above work (payment processing, hosting, communications) and when the law requires.
Email follow-ups
With your permission, we may send roof-education and follow-up emails. We keep the source of that permission, campaign history, delivery results and opt-out status in our private records. We use Resend to deliver these emails. Each campaign email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to the listed Holdfast inbox. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; it does not remove your project records or prevent necessary messages about work you have requested.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and ask us to call or text your quote, you consent to receive calls and texts from Holdfast about your quote and your project at that number. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your number with other companies for their marketing.
Retention and your choices
We keep quote and agreement records as long as needed for the work, warranty support, and our legal obligations. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep — use the contact below and we will respond within 30 days.
