Online prices are estimates until you sign

Numbers shown on this site are estimates built from the details you provide. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a contract. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a written agreement that you sign, and every agreement is contingent on a physical roof inspection. Your rights — including your right to cancel — are stated in that agreement and its Notice of Cancellation, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

Electronic signatures

When you check the consent boxes and type your name on an agreement page, you are signing electronically under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law, and your signed copy is delivered electronically. You can save or print it, and you can request a paper copy at no charge at any time.

Product and warranty

HRX Roof Protector™ is manufactured by Armovex, which issues its own 15-year limited performance warranty on the product under its own written terms. Holdfast is an independent installer and is not a party to that warranty. Content on this site describes the manufacturer's published claims and is not a warranty by Holdfast.

Using this site

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to access other people's proposals or agreements, no interfering with its operation, and no submitting someone else's information without their permission. Proposal and agreement links are private to the customer they were created for — treat yours like a document, not a public page.

General

The site is provided as-is; we work to keep it accurate and available, but to the extent the law allows, Holdfast is not liable for site errors or downtime — your signed agreement, not this website, governs any work we do for you.
