A few things worth knowing.
Is the replacement comparison a bid?
No. The estimator's replacement comparison uses a pricing assumption. Compare actual written proposals using the same roof area and scope.
What does the manufacturer warranty cover?
The written Armovex terms control. The limited product warranty excludes hail and pre-existing roof failures, does not cover full roof replacement, and is non-transferable unless Armovex approves in writing.
What if the scope needs to change?
Ask your representative for the correct written scope before agreeing. Do not rely on a video to change your signed agreement.
Where do I find my agreement?
Use the signed-copy or agreement link on your private proposal or project page.
